Gift vouchers are valid exclusively for the specified services or treatments of equivalent value. In-store gift vouchers hold monetary value and are non-exchangeable for cash. No change or credit will be issued. Services must be pre-booked, and the original voucher or email confirmation must be presented prior to the service. Each unique voucher code may only be redeemed once. Lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. Vouchers may still be redeemed after the expiry date, subject to a fee of £5 increasing by £5 per additional month thereafter , calculated from the original expiration date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked appointment will render the voucher null and void. To ensure availability, bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.
